Ingredients :
- 1 lb of fresh salmon.
- 1 minced garlic clove.
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, finely chopped.
- 1/4 cup of fresh oregano, finely chopped.
- 1/4 cup of green onion, finely chopped.
- 2 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Combine all of the ingredients except the salmon in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Rub mixture onto both sides of the salmon.Grill over a medium flame for about five minutes on
each side. This amazing salmon recipe is ready to serve....delicious ! Enjoy !
